There is no Google Play Store on the phone. All updates come through the Updates tab of the Kosher Qin Phone app.
Steps
Connect to Wi-Fi.
Open the Kosher Qin Phone app and go to the Updates tab.
If there’s an update for the Kosher Qin Phone app itself, it shows at the top. Tap Update and do this one first.
If you don’t see updates, swipe down on the page to refresh, or press Check Again.
Update your other apps, including Google Play Services and Android Auto. Updating one at a time works best.
To check which version of the Kosher Qin Phone app you have, open the Account tab.
Good to know
Update All is available, but one at a time on Wi-Fi is more reliable.
You’ll get a notification when 3 or more updates are waiting.
A couple of items may show as not updatable. Those apps aren’t meant to be updated.
Updates roll out gradually, so not every phone sees an update on the same day.
Updates for apps like WhatsApp or Gmail come from those apps’ developers, not from us. We just deliver them. The only updates from us are for the Kosher Qin Phone app and our own apps.
Don’t try to update apps any other way. Always use the Updates tab.
You can turn automatic updates on or off in the app store’s settings.
