This is often caused by a phone that isn’t registered, no internet, a login problem, or an old app version.
Try these steps, in order
Make sure your phone is registered at my.kosherqinphone.com. See “How do I register my phone?”
Connect to Wi-Fi.
Hold the Back button for 2 seconds and press Clear All. Open the app again.
Restart the phone and open the app again.
If the app asks you something, press Skip for now, then update the Kosher Qin Phone app to the latest version (4.0.5 or newer) from the Updates tab.
If the app stays open long enough, go to ☰ → Tools → Refresh Session.
If Android shows “App isn’t responding – Close app?”, press Cancel (wait) instead of closing it.
Clear the app’s storage: Settings → Apps & Notifications → See all apps → Kosher Qin Phone → Storage & Cache → Clear Storage. Restart the phone.
Don’t factory reset
A factory reset erases everything on your phone and is a last resort. Please contact us before you do one.
Still need help?
