If it’s just one app
This usually means the app’s developer doesn’t support the phone’s Android version. Our phone runs Android 11, and many newer apps need Android 12 or 13.
Restart the phone and try once more.
Update the Kosher Qin Phone app and Google Play Services from the Updates tab.
If it still says Unavailable, the app isn’t supported on this phone. Unfortunately, there’s no way to force it to install, and the phone can’t be upgraded to a newer Android version.
If all or many apps say Unavailable
This is usually a short-term app store problem.
Go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → See all apps → Kosher Qin Phone → Storage & Cache → Clear Cache.
Without opening the app store again, restart the phone.
Hold the Back button for 2 seconds and press Clear All.
Open the Kosher Qin Phone app on Wi-Fi.
Go to ☰ → Tools → Refresh Session.
Update the Kosher Qin Phone app to the latest version.
Still need help?
If all your apps still say Unavailable, contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected]. Please include your serial number, a screen recording or screenshot, and what you already tried.
