We make our own apps for the Kosher Qin Phone. They are free and available in every phone’s app store. They are the only apps you can get without an app request.
Where to find them
Kosher Qin Phone app → Apps → All → the Made by Kosher Qin Phone section. Scroll the list rather than using search.
Our apps include
Qin Yid – zmanim and siddur (candle lighting is shown 18 minutes before sunset)
Weather
Camera and Gallery
Music
Notes
Calendar
Recorder
File Manager
PDF Viewer – opens PDF attachments from email or the Files app. It has no home-screen icon.
Home Screen (Launcher)
Digital Wellbeing – screen time
Android Auto Helper – stops Android Auto from asking for “the Google app”
Updating them
Update our apps from the Updates tab or from the Made by Kosher Qin Phone section. If one of our apps gets stuck on an update, uninstall it and reinstall it from the Made by Kosher Qin Phone section.
