Your Kosher Qin Phone (Qin F21 Pro) comes with:
The phone. It has a thin clear film already on the screen. This film is only for shipping and may show light scratches. It is not the screen protector. Peel it off and put on the real screen protector.
A USB cable.
A case (free).
A screen protector (free).
A Kosher Qin Phone SIM card, if you ordered our cellular service. This is optional.
Is a charger included?
A charging block (wall plug) is not included. Use the included USB cable with a low-speed charging block. Fast chargers can cause charging and battery problems on this phone.
Are apps already on the phone?
No. The phone does not come with a set package of apps. You choose your apps when you register the phone at my.kosherqinphone.com. See “How do I register my phone?”
Keep everything
If you decide to return the phone, everything that came in the box must be sent back with it, or money will be deducted from your refund.
