Screen flashing was a software issue that’s been fixed in current versions, so it shouldn’t happen on an up-to-date phone. Blinking while charging is usually caused by a fast (high-speed) charger.
Steps
Update everything. Open the Kosher Qin Phone app → Updates tab (Wi-Fi is best), swipe down to refresh, and update.
Blinks while charging? Use the cable that came with the phone and a low-speed charger (10W or less). Fast chargers can cause flashing.
Switch your home screen to Quickstep and see if it stops: Settings → Apps & notifications → Default apps → Home app → Quickstep.
Brightness changes by itself? Check whether adaptive brightness is on in Settings → Display.
Did the phone get wet?
If the flashing started after the phone was exposed to water or liquid, it’s a hardware problem. See My phone got wet.
