Battery drain is usually caused by a heavy app, high brightness, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth always on, or a fast charger.
Steps
Check Settings → Battery → Battery usage to see which app uses the most.
Lower the screen brightness.
Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when you’re not using them.
Turn on Battery Saver (Settings → Battery).
Close apps in the background: hold the Back button for 2 seconds → Clear All.
Charge with the cable that came with the phone and a low-speed charger (5W–10W). Fast chargers can affect the battery.
Google Play Services is using a lot of battery
Update it in the Kosher Qin Phone app → Updates tab.
Then go to Settings → Apps & notifications → See all apps → Google Play Services → Storage & cache → Clear cache.
When it may be a battery fault
Big sudden drops (for example, 100% to 28% in minutes), a reading stuck at 100%, or a swollen battery may mean the battery is faulty.
Within 180 days of purchase: file a warranty claim. See How do I file a warranty claim?
After 180 days: contact us for out-of-warranty repair options. Battery replacements are done by us after you send the phone in. We don’t mail loose batteries.
A factory reset won’t fix battery drain, so please don’t try one for this.
