Late notifications are usually caused by battery optimization, which pauses apps in the background to save battery.
Steps
Go to Settings → Apps & notifications → See all apps → [the app].
Tap Battery optimization and set it to Not optimized (or Off).
On the same app page, check that notifications are allowed.
Make sure the app is up to date in the Kosher Qin Phone app → Updates tab.
