Your serial number is your phone’s ID. You need it to register the phone, request apps and file a warranty claim. We also ask for it whenever you need help with the phone.
Find it on the phone
Open Settings.
Tap About.
Tap Model & Hardware.
Look under Serial Number.
Kosher Qin Phone serial numbers start with F21P, for example F21PL24… or F21PC25….
Send it as text
When you send us your serial number, please send it as text, not a photo. You can press and hold the number to copy it, then paste it into your message.
Common mix-ups
The IMEI is not the serial number. The IMEI is 15 digits, usually starting with 35.
The build number is not the serial number.
Don’t use the number on the box. It isn’t reliable. Always use the one in Settings.
