Open the Kosher Qin Phone app and press the ☰ (three lines) at the top left. The menu holds Tools, Parental Controls, Downloads, the support chat and more.

Tool | What it does | When to use it |
Refresh Session | Gives the app a fresh login to our server. | The Kosher Qin Phone app has login or “session” errors, installs fail, apps say “not available”, or updates stop appearing. See “What does Refresh Session do?” |
Allow Android Auto Without Maps | Lets Android Auto work when Google Maps isn’t on your phone. Wait a few seconds after pressing it. | Android Auto says it needs Google Maps and Google Maps isn’t in your app store. |
Revert Android Auto Without Google Maps | Undoes the option above. | Google Maps shows “Open” but nothing happens, or won’t install. |
Input Switcher | Switches typing between the on-screen keyboard and the physical keypad. | When you want to change how you type. |
Can’t find Tools?
Make sure you’re in the Kosher Qin Phone app, not the phone’s Settings.
Update the Kosher Qin Phone app from the Updates tab. Older versions had Tools in a different place.
If the app has no Account tab at the bottom, your phone is on our older system. See “Is my phone on the 2.0 system?”
