US Mobile lets you choose which network your line runs on:
US Mobile network | Runs on | Works with the phone? |
Light Speed | T-Mobile | Yes, out of the box (recommended) |
Dark Star | AT&T | Yes, out of the box (recommended) |
Warp | Verizon | Works, but not recommended |
Why not Warp?
Warp runs on Verizon’s network, which needs a setting called CDMA-less on your line. On Warp, US Mobile turns CDMA-less off about every 30 days. When that happens, your service stops until you call US Mobile to turn it back on.
If your phone worked for about a month and then suddenly lost service, this is almost certainly why.
How to fix it
Log in to your US Mobile account.
Switch your line to Light Speed or Dark Star. US Mobile lets you switch networks at any time.
Restart your phone after the switch.
If you choose to stay on Warp, you’ll need to call US Mobile about every 30 days to have CDMA-less turned back on.
