The Kosher Qin Phone is made for use in the US.
How it works abroad
In the US, the phone uses 4G LTE.
Outside the US, it can only connect on 3G.
Many countries have shut down their 3G networks.
So before you travel, check whether the country you’re going to still has a 3G network.
Canada, Israel and other countries: it might work or it might not. We can’t guarantee it for any country outside the US.
Good to know
Our cellular plans work in the US only.
We only sell US versions of the phone. There is no Israeli, European or other non-US version.
We ship only within the USA.
Returns: we don’t accept returns on the basis that the phone didn’t work abroad. Our normal return policy applies (within 7 days of receiving the phone).
Repairs and warranty claims: the phone must be shipped to us from within the US. If you’re abroad, you can send the phone with someone traveling to the US, or contact us when you’re back.
Wi-Fi works anywhere, but Wi-Fi networks that need a sign-in web page (common in hotels and airports) can’t be used, because the phone has no browser.
