When you register your phone at my.kosherqinphone.com, you choose which apps go on it from our catalog. You can see the current catalog any time at apps.kosherqinphone.com.
App store levels
The registration page groups the catalog apps into levels (for example Basic, Advanced and Premium, where Premium includes all catalog apps). You can pick one app, several apps, or all of them. Choosing apps at registration is free.
Your choice is locked after registration
Once the phone is registered, its app store level is locked. This protects the phone: nobody can unlock a bigger store later on their own.
After registration, the only way to add apps is an app request, one app at a time, for $5 per app. This includes catalog apps you didn’t pick at registration. See “How do I request a new app?”
So choose carefully. If you think you might want an app, it is easier to pick it now.
Does a bigger store use more storage?
No. Only the apps you actually install use space on the phone.
My store changed or apps disappeared
Stores don’t change level by themselves. If you believe your app list changed by mistake, contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected] with your serial number and your website order number.
