No. A Kosher Qin Phone bought from one of our retail stores is the same phone. Everything works the same way as a phone bought on our website:
Register it yourself at my.kosherqinphone.com to choose your apps and set your filter PIN.
Add apps later through the app request system ($5 per app).
Warranty claims are filed at my.kosherqinphone.com (enter your serial → File warranty claim).
Someone else set it up?
If the store or someone else registered the phone and you don’t know the filter PIN, contact us to reset your PIN, and our team will follow up.
Phones from other sellers
We only support phones bought from Kosher Qin Phone or our retailers. We don’t filter phones bought elsewhere, and other Qin models (like the F30, F22 or M5) are not sold or supported by us. If your serial number doesn’t start with F21P, please contact the company you bought it from.
