Check that you’re in the right app
The Account tab and Tools are in the Kosher Qin Phone app (your app store), not in the phone’s Settings app. Settings has its own “Accounts” page, which is something different.
Check the tabs at the bottom
Open the Kosher Qin Phone app and look at the tabs along the bottom:
Home, Apps, Updates, Account: your phone is on the current 2.0 system. The Request page is inside the Account tab. Tools is in the ☰ (three lines) menu at the top left.
Apps, Updates, Requests, Support (no Account tab): your phone is on our older system. It needs the 2.0 upgrade to get the Account tab, app requests and other current features. See “How do I upgrade my phone to 2.0?”
Tools is still missing
Update the Kosher Qin Phone app from the Updates tab, then check the ☰ menu again.
