If your Kosher Qin Phone app has no Account tab, your phone is on our older system (from before December 15, 2025 and never upgraded).
New apps can’t be added to phones on the older system. That’s why you might see:
No Account tab or Request page
The Request page doesn’t work
Apps install and then say “deleted by your admin”
What to do
Upgrade your phone to 2.0. All the information is at kosherqinphone.com/upgrade. Some phones can upgrade themselves; others are shipped in using the form on that page. See “How do I upgrade my phone to 2.0?”
Before upgrading, back up your contacts, photos and texts. Keeping data isn’t guaranteed.
