What older phones can’t do
Phones on the older system can’t:
Add new apps
Turn on hotspot
Use the in-app support chat (please email us at [email protected] instead)
Registering online also won’t do anything until the phone is on 2.0.
Do I need it?
The upgrade is optional, but recommended. It may help with other problems too, but we can’t guarantee it will fix a specific issue.
