The quick test
Open the Kosher Qin Phone app and look at the tabs along the bottom.
You see an Account tab (tabs: Home, Apps, Updates, Account) → your phone is on 2.0. There’s nothing to do.
There’s no Account tab (tabs may be: Apps, Updates, Requests, Support, or the store may be called the “Kosher Electronics app store”) → your phone is on our older system and is eligible for the 2.0 upgrade.
Make sure you’re looking in the Kosher Qin Phone app, not the phone’s Settings.
When was your phone made?
Phones from after December 15, 2025 already have 2.0. Phones from before that date that were never upgraded are on the older system.
