The fee
$5 per app. $5 is the standard amount and the minimum. The form lets you pay more if you want to, but that’s your choice.
The fee is the same for catalog apps you didn’t pick at registration.
Each app is a separate request. Requesting 3 apps costs $15.
There are no discounts, and no “try first, pay later”.
Why is there a fee?
Every request is checked by hand, and many need ID verification. Both cost us money, whether or not the app is approved.
Is it refundable?
No. The fee isn’t refundable, even if the app is rejected or doesn’t work on the phone. Before you pay, the form explains that the app may not be approved and may not work on the phone.
I think I was charged by mistake
If you were charged twice or by accident, contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected]. Please send the name on the request, the date of each charge, the amount, and the app names, and we’ll look into it.
