How refunds work
Refunds are issued after your return arrives and we check it.
The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Why is my refund less than I paid?
These are deducted from returns:
The 7% restocking fee
The return shipping cost
Any missing or damaged items (box, accessories, packaging)
App request fees
The $5 app request fee is not refundable, even if the app is rejected or doesn’t work on the phone. The request process (review and ID verification) costs us money, and the request form warns before you pay that an app may not be approved or may not work. If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us with the date of the request, the name it was placed under, the app, and the last 4 digits of the card.
Still need help?
If your return arrived more than 3 business days ago and you haven’t been refunded, or the card you paid with is closed, contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected]. Please include your order number (the 4-digit number in your confirmation email) and your return tracking number.
