It asks for a PIN I never set
If the website or app asks for a filter PIN, someone set one when the phone was registered. Ask whoever registered the phone (often a parent, spouse or rebbi). They may know it.
Remember, the filter PIN isn’t your screen-lock code or your serial number.
The PIN I enter doesn’t work
If the PIN doesn’t match our records, the request or change won’t go through. Check with the person who registered the phone.
I need my PIN reset
For security, we can’t look up your PIN or give hints.
Contact support to reset your PIN, and our team will follow up. Reach us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected], and include your serial number and the account holder’s name.
A PIN reset must be requested by the account holder. If the phone belongs to a child, a parent needs to contact us.
Forgot your screen-lock code instead?
That’s different from the filter PIN. If you can’t unlock the phone’s screen, contact us and we’ll explain your options.
