What is the "Verify Your Filter PIN" email?

Why you might get an email asking you to confirm your filter PIN.

Sometimes, after you submit an app request or a filter change, we need you to confirm your filter PIN. When that happens, you’ll get an email called “Verify Your Filter PIN” with a link.

What to do

  1. Open the email (it goes to the account email on your phone’s registration).

  2. Tap the link.

  3. Enter your filter PIN.

The link expires after 7 days

If the PIN isn’t confirmed within 7 days, the request closes. You can submit a new request.

Don’t know the PIN?
