Is the phone unlocked? Yes. It works on T-Mobile and AT&T networks out of the box, and on Verizon after your carrier turns on CDMA-less.
Does the phone support eSIM? No. It uses one physical nano-SIM card. If your number is on an eSIM, you can transfer it to a physical SIM from your carrier, or to our SIM.
Where do I find my IMEI? Settings → About → IMEI. It’s 15 digits. Please type it out as text when you send it to us. (The IMEI is not your serial number. Your serial number is at Settings → About → Model & Hardware → Serial Number.)
Can you change my phone’s IMEI? No. A phone’s IMEI can’t be changed.
My carrier says the phone is “unsupported.” What do I do? On T-Mobile or AT&T networks, the phone works out of the box, so follow the steps in My phone has no service. On Verizon’s network, ask the carrier to turn on CDMA-less. See How do I set up my phone on Verizon or a Verizon-based carrier?
I saw a message that the phone only works on T-Mobile. Is that true? No. The phone works with T-Mobile and AT&T networks out of the box, and with Verizon after CDMA-less is turned on.
How do I set up voicemail, a voicemail PIN or call forwarding? These are carrier features. Contact your carrier. Visual voicemail is not supported.
Does Wi-Fi calling work? It should work with all carriers. See How do I turn on Wi-Fi calling?
There are saved Wi-Fi networks on my new phone that I don’t recognize. These are from setup. You can remove them by resetting network settings: Settings → System → Reset → Reset network settings.
Can I return the phone if my carrier doesn’t work? Only under our normal return policy: request it within 7 days of receiving the phone. A 7% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted. There are no special carrier exceptions. We’d be glad to help you get service working first.
Do you service phones not bought from you? No. We support and filter only the Qin F21 Pro bought from us.
