If you’ve forgotten your phone’s screen lock code, the phone can’t be reset on your own, and we can’t remove a screen lock remotely.
Your option: send it to us
You’ll need proof of ownership.
Shipping to us is at your cost.
We can’t promise your data will be kept.
If you’d like to go ahead, contact us and we’ll follow up with the next steps, including the shipping label. Please don’t send the phone without hearing from us first.
A lock code you never set?
If the phone asks for a code you never set, it may be a SIM PIN from your carrier. Call your carrier first.
Not the same as the filter PIN
Your screen lock code unlocks the phone. Your filter PIN protects app requests and filter changes, and was set when the phone was registered. If you forgot your filter PIN, contact support to reset your PIN, and our team will follow up.
Still need help?
Contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected]. Let us know whether you set the lock code yourself and roughly when you bought the phone.
