Quick settings
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open quick settings. You’ll find tiles for Screenshot, Screen record, Hotspot (if turned on), the flashlight, and the silent/vibrate/ring toggle.
Swipe sideways to see more tiles.
Tap the pencil (edit) icon to add a tile that’s missing.
Take a screenshot
Swipe down → tap Screenshot. Some apps, like banking apps, block screenshots themselves.
Record your screen
Swipe down → tap Screen record.
Show what you want to record.
Stop the recording.
If a recording doesn’t save, update everything in the Kosher Qin Phone app → Updates tab and restart. If it still doesn’t work, take a video with another phone instead.
When you send a recording to support, please attach the file directly. We can’t open Google Drive links.
Other screen questions
Can the screen rotate to landscape? No. Auto-rotate is turned off on purpose, and screen rotation apps aren’t allowed.
My brightness changes by itself. Check whether adaptive brightness is on in Settings → Display.
Pop-ups or notifications stay on the screen for minutes. Restart the phone and update everything in the Updates tab. If it continues, contact us.
The notification shade opens too easily. Send us a short video and we’ll look into it.
