If your phone has a manufacturer defect and it’s within 180 days of purchase, you can file a warranty claim. See What does the warranty cover?
Steps
On a computer or another phone, go to my.kosherqinphone.com and enter your serial number (Settings → About → Model & Hardware → Serial Number).
Click “File warranty claim” and fill in all the required information. You’ll get a claim number that starts with WC-.
Our team reviews your claim.
Once it’s approved, you’ll get an email with links to Print Your Packing Slip and Print Shipping Label. The label is prepaid.
Back up your phone (see How do I back up my phone before sending it in?).
Pack the phone in a secure box with the printed packing slip inside. Without the packing slip, we can’t match the phone to your claim. You can keep your SIM card.
Ship it with the label and keep your tracking number.
We inspect the phone to confirm the repair is covered.
If it’s covered, we repair it (usually within 3–5 days after it arrives) and ship it back to you. Complex issues can take longer.
If it’s not covered, we’ll reach out to discuss your options.
Good to know
Where do I send it? The address is on the prepaid label we email you after approval. Please only ship with that label.
Data: we try hard to keep your data, but we can’t guarantee it, so please back up first.
No loaner phones, and we can’t send a replacement before we receive your phone.
Phones must be shipped from within the US.
Feel free to send us your claim number (WC-…) once you’ve filed.
Problems filing?
The “File warranty claim” option is missing or says the warranty ended: if it’s been more than 180 days since purchase, the phone is out of warranty. Contact us for out-of-warranty repair options. If you believe it’s still under warranty, contact us.
You can’t read the serial number (dead or locked screen): contact us with your order number or the name and email you registered with.
Still need help?
Contact us through the support chat in the Kosher Qin Phone app or by email at [email protected]. Please include your serial number, your claim number (WC-…), roughly when you bought the phone, and a photo or video of the problem.
