Always use the label we email you
We don’t give out a mailing address for phones. Every phone that comes to us travels on a label we email you. The label already has the right address.
How to get a label depends on why you’re sending the phone:
Reason | How to start |
Warranty repair | File a warranty claim at my.kosherqinphone.com. The label and packing slip are emailed after approval. See How do I file a warranty claim? |
Return | Request a return within 7 days of receiving the phone. The return label is emailed to you. See How do I return my phone? |
2.0 upgrade | Fill out the form at kosherqinphone.com/upgrade, then contact us. We’ll send the label. |
Out-of-warranty repair, forgotten screen lock, or the Verizon messaging fix | Contact us, and we’ll arrange shipping. |
What to put in the box
The phone. You don’t need to include your SIM card.
For a warranty claim: the printed packing slip from your approval email.
For anything else: a paper note with:
Your full name
Your phone number
Your return shipping address
What you need us to do (for example, “2.0 upgrade,” “Verizon fix,” or “screen repair”), plus your order or claim number
Pack it in a secure, padded box. You don’t need to send a charger unless we ask.
A phone that arrives without a note or packing slip can’t be matched to you and will be delayed.
Before you ship
Back up your phone. See How do I back up my phone before sending it in?
Keep your tracking number.
Good to know
Phones must be shipped from within the US.
We don’t have a walk-in office, drop-off location or courier pickup.
Our usual turnaround is 3–5 days after the phone arrives, then we ship it back. Complex issues can take longer.
